The purpose of the closed meeting is to receive consultation with legal counsel employed or retained by the public body regarding specific legal matters requiring the provision of legal advice by such counsel. Specifically, the Purcellville Town Council will receive advice on the projects known as Vineyard Square on 21st Street and Trails End on Hatcher Ave. Further, the purpose of the closed meeting is to also discuss the terms of a public contract, because discussion in an open session would adversely affect the bargaining position or negotiating strategy of the public body.  Specifically, the Council will discuss the proposed agreement between the Town and Wireless Edge for the construction of a cell tower on property owned by the Town, located at 1001 South 20th Street.
