The purpose of the closed meeting is to 1) receive legal advice from the Town Attorney about how the duties of the Zoning Administrator will be performed in the absence of the Zoning Administrator; and 2) legal advice concerning the demolition of buildings on Hatcher Avenue and construction of apartments; and 3) receive legal advice from the Town Attorney concerning the powers of the Town Manager under Ordinance 20-03-01 Establishing Laws Governing Operation of the Town for the Purpose of Continuing Government Functions During and After a Disaster.
